We provide specialized rehabilitative services to our patients in the communities we serve. We often see patients who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Physician referrals:

Physician offices may make a patient referral or gain more information about our services by calling our admissions department at 279.224.2836.

We offer same-day response, 7 days a week. One of our rehabilitation specialists will respond to perform a pre-admission screening, and coordinate a transfer to Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital if patient criteria is met.
